"Starship Troopers" is All Fun and Brains

Starship Troopers has just about everything you could want in a movie.  Large lumbering spaceships, fierce battles with killer bugs, robotic limbs, and even a sex scene thrown in to boot.  In no other movie is the phrase "Nuke em" used so casually, multiple times, to the effect that a nuclear device is launched seconds after the words are uttered.  Deep down that kind of destructive power is what we want to see in every war movie, or rather, every movie period.  In an ironic twist the best part of Starship Troopers, the scenes that define the movie, are intellectual in nature.  MATM presents the research.
